You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jiliparty will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
You must notify jiliparty immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization. You can reach our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. jiliparty will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
jiliparty offers SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of Account security. We strongly recommend that all players enable 2FA. While 2FA is currently optional, jiliparty reserves the right to make it mandatory for certain Account actions, including large withdrawals.
An Account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jiliparty may apply an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month to inactive Accounts after this period, deducted from the Account Balance. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after an extended period of inactivity.

The minimum deposit amount at jiliparty is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may trigger additional verification requirements under our KYC procedures.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your Account Balance. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations, which varies by asset.
All transactions on the jiliparty platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. jiliparty is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their Account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 72-hour cooling-off period. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.

jiliparty is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. You may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
jiliparty does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside jiliparty's control. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may be subject to network (gas) fees, which will be disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.
Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any associated winnings. Real-money Balance is always withdrawable, subject to standard KYC and verification requirements.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by jiliparty are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
jiliparty actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts, using low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
jiliparty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via email or in-platform notification. Promotions are intended for recreational players and jiliparty reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with those rules.

jiliparty's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jiliparty shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, power failures, or other force majeure events.
jiliparty collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized Philippine arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and held in Metro Manila, Philippines.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
